高野山より有田に向かう龍神街道(国道)、深い谷に沿ってバイクを走らせる。
九月も終盤に近づいたとは言え、平野部では、まだ陽光が降り注ぐ時間帯、山間部の道では太陽が山陰に隠れ、辺りを薄暗くするが、空はまだ青く明るい。
ふと、視線を感じたような気がする。
山に囲まれて狭くなった空を仰ぐ。
ダイダラボッチ!!
背後から陽光に照らされた雲、山の向こう側からこちらに向かってくる古来伝承の巨人「ダイダラボッチ」が現れた。。。。
